Your rights as a data subject
You can exercise the following rights at any time using the contact details of our data protection officer:
Information about your data stored by us and their processing (Art. 15 GDPR),
Correction of incorrect personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
Deletion of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR),
Restriction of data processing if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (Art. 18 GDPR),
Objection to the processing of your data by us (Art. 21 GDPR) and
Data portability, provided you have consented to the data processing or have concluded a contract with us (Art. 20 GDPR).
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
You can contact a supervisory authority with a complaint at any time, e.g. B. to the competent supervisory authority of the federal state of your place of residence or to the authority responsible for us as the responsible body.

Who gets access to my data when I buy an online-training or online-course (with or without a personal DiSC profile)?
When purchasing an online training-course or an online-course (without a personal DiSG profile), the following companies will receive access to your data:
1. Science Sales Academy, Germany: This is a German company (based in Germany) that treats your personal data strictly according to the requirements of the DSGVO (GDPR). We will not use your data for any other purpose. Your personal data will not be passed on or sold. Your data will be stored within the Science Sales Academy in accordance with the legal storage period.
2. Digistore24 GmbH, Hildesheim, Germany: This is our reliable and secure German payment processor (reseller). Digistore24 treats your data strictly according to the German DSGVO (GDPR).
3. Inscape Publishing, LLC, a subsidiary of John Wiley & Sons, Inc (Wiley): This is our partner (licensor) for the generation of the personal DiSC-profiles.
This is how it works: If you have purchased a personal DiSC profile from us, you will receive the access data for the online questionnaire. For this purpose, we usually give your name and email address to Inscape-Wiley (there is also the possibility of anonymizing your personal DiSC profile to Inscape - see below). From your answers to the questions in the questionnaire, the raw data is created, from which your personal DiSC profile is then generated as a PDF report for download. Our standard procedure is to delete both your raw data and your personal DiSC profile as a PDF from the Inscape-Wiley server after a period of two years - provided no business activity has taken place over this period of two years. You will receive an email shortly before the deletion asking you to download your personal DiSC profile, if you have not already done so.
Upon request, your profile and the raw data from which your profile was created can either remain on the Inscape-Wiley server for a longer period of time, or it can be deleted immediately after you have downloaded your personal DiSC profile. To specify and to advise, just send an informal email to: martin.auer@science-sales-academy.de .
An extension of the storage period of your raw data on the Inscape-Wiley server is always indicated, if, for example, you later want to carry out comparison profiles with other persons or colleagues who have also created a DiSC profile via us. The PDF file of your personal DiSC profile is not sufficient for this. The raw data is required for this. Unfortunately, uploading a DiSC profile as a PDF is not sufficient for this purpose.
Possibility of completely anonymizing your DiSC profile to Inscape-Wiley:
If you wish, your personal DiSC profile can also be made completely anonymous to Inscape-Wiley. The procedure in this case would then be as follows:
You send us an email address to which you have access but from which your name does not appear and AFTER the order process you give us a fake name with which we can request your access data for your personal DiSG profile from Inscape-Wiley. In this case, Inscape-Wiley will only receive your anonymous email address and fake name.
For the order process with us (Science Sales Academy), in any case we still need your correct contact data.
