How does the DiSC-test work?

The Wiley DiSC test is a modern online test. The test principle is based primarily on your own self-assessment. So, be honest and as objective as possible in answering the questions. Otherwise, there may be blurring in the evaluation. The DiSC test is not based on a classic multiple-choice or false-choice query system, but uses modern and up-to-date Likert scales.

The test results are more accurate if you always answer the questions in the same environment: Take your work environment or your private life, but do not mix both.

What is the process after purchase?

After purchase you will receive a confirmation email. This contains your invoice and the access data for your personal DiSC test. You then do the complete questionnaire very conveniently online. All you need is a computer with an internet connection. Please take about 30 undisturbed minutes, so that you can do the complete DiSC test in a single pass. Usually you should be done in about 20 - 30 minutes.
